Sunset Ridge Farm Events & Wilderness Lodge is in Wellington, Kentucky, between Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake. The venue offers its own on-site lodge; our cabins are an option for additional wedding guests or couples who want a separate place to stay.
Plan your transportation before the wedding. Check the route from your selected cabin to the venue, and follow the directions supplied by the wedding hosts. Venue visits are by appointment only.
Stay for more than the reception
Leave time for Cave Run Lake, a walk in Daniel Boone National Forest or a day exploring Red River Gorge. Check routes, opening hours and conditions for the places you plan to visit.

How do I get the free early check-in and late checkout?
Book directly with Stay KY, then send your reservation details and wedding date to [email protected]. Request the extra time in advance. We’ll check the cleaning and booking schedule and confirm what’s available.
Are these cabins on the wedding venue property?
No. Stay KY cabins are separate from Sunset Ridge Farm. Arrange transportation to and from the wedding and check the route for your selected cabin.
Can a group reserve more than one cabin?
Yes, if your dates are available. Monarchos sleeps up to five; Mr. Leader and War Emblem each sleep up to two. Check all calendars before making plans for the group.
Can we host the wedding at a cabin?
These cabins are for overnight stays. Hold your wedding and reception at your booked venue and follow the cabin’s occupancy and house rules.
